We discussed the limited reference to the Scout Method in pedagogy books and the relative lack of knowledge of and interaction with other pedagogical methods in Scouting. Starting from that conversation and further reflections on the organizational setting of Scouting and how organizations can better serve their mission and the values on which they were established, we engaged in a written dialogue about our Scouting experience as well as its impact on our personal and professional development.
